Sorry, no the logo cannot be smaller. All text must be 3 in tall (literally starting from the smallest lower case letter on mat) or taller. This is a jack - o - latern type process. You can cut out the eyes, nose and mouth if right size and are far enough from each other. You already know what happens if you cut too close to other cut outs. It rips and the integrity of the whole thing falls apart.... Same for this mat. Lower case letters are at 3 in tall now. Any smaller they need to be removed because they will be too small and thin to even produce. The next option is all caps a block font for tagline. Let us know.
